We have defined several tasting menus to experiment classic French dishes.

Dinners Series

This is a new type of workshop: you cook your own dinner!

Here is an example of a menu:

  • Oeufs en meurette (poached eggs in red wine sauce)
  • Pavé de cabillaud, sauce béarnaise
  • Salade de saison
  • Crêpe façon Suzette

2 glasses of wine are included.
More wine is available at additional charge.
