This 4 hour workshop celebrates Puff Pastry and a classic of French gastronomy: A savory “feuilleté” with salmon, spinach, mushrooms and beurre blanc sauce.
Recipes included in this workshop:
- Pâte Feuilletée (Puff Pastry)
- Beurre Blanc
You will learn and practice the techniques in the following steps:
- Get all ingredients and utensils ready,
- Prepare pâte feuilleté (Puff Pastry),
- Roll puff pastry out and prepare it for the recipe,
- Prepare salmon,
- Prepare spinach and mushrooms and cook them for the feuilleté,
- Assemble salmon en croûte and bake it,
- Prepare Beurre Blanc,
This workshop is a combination of a food preparation session and of a sit-down tasting session so you can relax with the other participants and enjoy your work!
