You will learn and practice the techniques in the following steps:
- How to prepare the pâte à choux,
- Pipe it on baking sheets,
- Prepare craquelin and bake pâte à choux,
- Prepare the pastry cream with vanilla bean,
- Prepare the vanilla cream for the puffs,
- Prepare the chocolate sauce and profiteroles.
You may choose to eat your preparations right away or take them home to share with your family and friends!
